What is your return/refund policy?
Return items will only be accepted on personalised items if they are faulty or damaged items (received damaged in the post) or if there is a mistake with the personalisation/colours which was ordered (i.e. I made the mistake in the wrong colour theme or name that was sent out). Please make contact within 48 hours of receiving an item if it is damaged.
Due to the nature of the personalisation of items, I can not accept returns on items which are not faulty / wrong in any way. So, please double check wording, spellings before checking out.
If it is a non-personalised item, such as bookends or a clock, that you wish to return, you must make contact within 48 hours of delivery and return within 7days of delivery.
If the item is damaged/wrong, I will cover the cost of the returns postage.
If you are wanting to return the item then postage must be covered by you.
Once the item has been returned I will then send out your replacement/refund once the item has been inspected.

Payment is accepted via Paypal or Credit/Debit Payments.

What is your lead/turn-around time?
All of our items are made to order. They go through various stages of sanding, painting and sealing before they are dispatched.
Our current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. If you need an order by a certain date, please message beforehand to ensure it can be done.
If you would like to bump your order to the front of queue you can add on an extra bump up, for a small fee. This ensures that you move to the front of the queue and your order will go out as soon as possible.
